WILLIAMSON FAMILY FARMS - owner/operator Mike Williamson, located at 536 CR 95, Yalobusha County, Water Valley, Mississippi is seeking twenty temporary farm workers and laborers for potato crops; two days of training will be provided. Pursuant to Section 9-16-70, 1975 Alabama Code, Reed Minerals, Inc. is filing with the Alabama Surface Mining Commission an application for 100% release of performance bond on Permit P-3854-49-09-S. The area of land to be affected by the release consists of 13 acres in Increment # 4 located in:
NW/SE, NE/SE, SW/SEand SE/SE of Section 16, Township 12 South, Range 12 West, Marion County.
The permittee maintains that as of July 14, 2014, it has successfully completed all surface coal mining and reclamation operations in accordance with the approved reclamation plan so that the land is capable of supporting the post mining land use in compliance with State law and regulations. The permittee therefore, is requesting a total release of the performance bond.
