the regulations promulgated under this act, New Yellow Creek Coal, LLC, 3865
Bankhead Highway Winfield, AL 35594 is filing an application to permit its New
Yellow Creek Mine (P-39__), Underground Mine. Access to the mine is as follows:
From the intersection of State Highway 44 and Winfield Road, Turn onto Winfield
Road and
travel South approximately 2.2 miles to Riley Harp Road. Turn right onto Riley
Harp Road and
travel East 0.3 miles to private road. Turn right onto private road and travel
290 feet to private
road. Turn right onto private road and travel 0.1 miles the mine entrance.
