WILLING ROAD IN MARION COUNTY) THENCE ALONG SAID MARGIN SOUTH 66°, 38 MINUTES, 43 SECONDS, EAST 1076.32 FEET TO AN IRON PIN SET; THENCE LEAVING SAID MARGIN SOUTH 36°, 44 MINUTES, 44 SECONDS, WEST 830.85 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. Said legal description being controlling, however the property is more commonly known as 568 MOUNT WILLING ROAD, GUIN, AL 35563.
