Register by Monday for free grant workshop at MCHS

GUIN — A free grant workshop will be held on Monday, April 20, from 9-11:30 a.m. at Marion County High School in Guin, with the deadline to register being on Monday, April 13.
The workshop is hosted by the Marion County High School Future Farmers of America organization and the Northwest Alabama Resource Conservation and Development Council, in partnership with the Marion County Extension Service.

This will be the fourth annual local workshop  presented in an effort to help  schools, municipalities and 501(c)3 organizations apply for funding through RC&D and other grant sources.
Applicants are encouraged to apply on site, and bring their laptops or iPads, so officials can walk them through the process.
MCHS is located at 8115 U.S. Highway 43 in Guin. Attendees must check in at the main office.
