Miss Janet Lynn Crow, 65, of Guin passed away on Sunday, Mar. 31, 2024, in the DCH Medical Center of Tuscaloosa. Janet was born Aug. 22, 1958, in Guin to Roy Floyd and Shirley Jones Crow. She was a faithful member of Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church. Janet loved the Lord, her church, and her church family. She was often asked to pray for individuals and saw many of those prayers answered. Janet was an avid fan of Elvis often playing his music and singing along with him. She also loved Mickey Mouse, Alabama football, spending time with her family and caring for her precious cat Snowball.
Janet is survived by her mother, Shirley Crow; brother, Bentley Crow (Angie) of Guin; nephews, Ben Crow (Christie) of Northport, and Bryant Crow (Savannah) of Fayette; great niece, Shelby Crow; great nephew, Roy Crow; and a host of other family, church family and friends.
Janet was preceded in death by her father, Roy Floyd Crow; and grandparents, Plumer and Annie Mae Jones as well as Carter and Ethel Crow.
Funeral services for Janet were held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the West Alabama Memorial Gardens.
