HACKLEBURG — The Town of Hackleburg will celebrate 25 years of Neighbor Day on Friday, May 1, and Saturday, May 2, with music, vendors, festivities and specially-designed nostalgic T-shirts.
Hackleburg Town Clerk Carla Rector spent a few minutes with the Journal-Record to share details of the upcoming event.
“We have a lot of great musical acts lined up both days,” Rector said. “We hope people will come and listen to these groups. The music starts at 6 p.m. on Friday night and will last until 10 p.m. Most of the vendors will also be set up then.
“On Saturday, the music starts at 10 a.m. and will last until 5 p.m. All of the vendors will be in by then. We’ll have a variety of music, kids’ inflatables and a train ride for the kids. We’ll have lots of
