Terry Wayne Gosa

Terry Wayne Gosa, 85, of Guin, passed away Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026, at his residence. Born Nov. 27, 1940, in Lamar County, Ala., he is the son of the late Earlie Elmer and Lura Mae Flynn Gosa and the husband of the late Glenda Gail Pennington Gosa.
He had lived in the Antioch community most of his life and was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church where he was also a deacon.  He retired from 3M in Guin after 30 plus years of work. He was also a member of the Tombigbee Board of Directors over 40 years, a member of the Lamar County Hospital Trust Board for 10 years, a member of the Lamar County Farmer's Federation for over 40 years and a charter member of the Lamar County Genealogical Society.
He is survived by a son, Jason Gosa (Crystal) and two grandchildren, Lydia and Lukas Gosa, all of Guin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 53 years, Gail Gosa; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Opal Gosa Williams (Clifton), Edith Gosa Perry (Claudia) and Annie Gail Gosa McKay (Wilburn); and one brother and sister-in-law, Basil Gosa (Mae).
The family will hold private memorial services at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 2323 Mtn. Gap Road, Guin, AL 35563.
