Mrs. Betty Ann Miles, 79, of Winfield, Ala. passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023, in the DCH Regional Medical Center. Betty was born on October 8, 1943, in Winfield to Bennie and Annie Howton Bussey. Mrs. Miles was a member of the Guin Freewill Baptist Church and a 1962 graduate of Winfield City High School. She spent much of her life employed with Reltoc Manufacturing, from where she retired after 30 years of service. In her spare time, Betty enjoyed sewing, making crafts, drawing, and painting.
Mrs. Miles is survived by her daughter, Vanessa Miles Brewer (Phillip); grandchildren, Kayla and Logan Brewer; sister, Bennie Lou Spann; special friend, Bettie Cole; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Miles was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Miles; and siblings, James Bussey, Sara Hughes, and Barbara Bussey.
A private family service was held for Mrs. Miles.
