Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Lisa R Green, to United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service or successor agency, United States Department of Agriculture, on September 18, 2019, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama, on September 18, 2019 at OFFR Book 2019, at Page 3402, as Document Number 154345, and said mortgage being re-recorded on May 6, 2020, at OFFR Book 2020, at Page 1298, as Document Number 162036.
