LETTER OF NOTICE
The Guin Police Department is currently in possession of U.S. currency that was recovered during a criminal investigation in January 2022. The case has since been closed, and the rightful owner of the currency has not come forward or been identified.
In accordance with applicable law, the Guin Police Department is seeking to locate the rightful owner of this property. Anyone who believes they may have a valid claim to these funds must contact the Guin Police Department at 205-468-3363 or visit the department at 7500 US HWY 43N in Guin, AL during normal business hours to provide proof of ownership.
All claims must be made within 14 days of this notice, If no valid claim is received, the property will be considered abandoned in accordance with Alabama State Law.
