Kaitlin Tyne Miles

Kaitlin Tyne Miles, 33, of Tampa, Fla., passed away on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025. She was born on Aug. 23, 1992, in Union Town, Penn., to Mark Alan Miles and Marta J. McCombs.
Kaitlin spent her early years in Frederick Town, Penn., where she attended grammar school, and later graduated from high school in Harmony, Penn., in 2010. Kaitlin continued her education at Robert Morris University, where she pursued a degree in forensics. She later relocated to Tampa, Fla., beginning a successful career in management with Hilton Hotels. Her dedication and commitment made her a valued member of the Hilton family. Kaitlin loved her family, especially her dad, her mom, her Mimi and her beloved dog, Zoe, who was always at her side and often traveled with her on vacation. Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoyed going to the beach, hiking and traveling abroad.
Kaitlin is survived by her father, Mark Alan Miles of Winfield; her mother, Marta McCombs (Tom Amodeo) of Frederick Town, Penn.; sisters, Kenzie Craig of North Carolina and Kailee Craig of Oklahoma; grandmother, Joann McCluskey (Joe Kirk) of Winfield; aunts and uncles, Joe Miles, Tommy and Missy Miles, Richard and Gena Miles, Beth Cruit, Trisha and Dan Zappia; and a host of other family members and friends.
Kaitlin was preceded in death by her sister, Kayla Miles; cousins, Joseph Miles and Dack Garrison; grandparents, Thomas Fred McCluskey and Robert and Joann McCombs.
Funeral services for Kaitlin were held on Sept. 20, 2025, at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Old Union Cemetery.
