Rhonda Lee Nix, 69, of St. Louis, Mo., formerly of Hamilton, Ala., passed away peacefully on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025, at her home in Missouri.
Rhonda was born on March 21, 1956, to Herman and Neila Mae (Cagle) Lee, of Hamilton. She attended schools in Hamilton and then worked in the medical field over 30 years.
She is survived by her husband, Dave Journey; sons, Jody (Amy) Nix and Adam Nix, both of Hamilton; stepson, Dan Journey of St. Louis; and granddaughter, Morgan Nix, of Hamilton.
She was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Abigail Nicole Nix.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
