Default having been made on the terms of that certain mortgage executed by Blaise Allen Mayfield, a single man, to First National Bank on the 12th day of December, 2024, and recorded in OFFR Book 2024 at Page 14631, Instrument ID 194604, and also recorded in OFFR Book 2025 at Page 2395, Instrument ID 195521, in the Office of Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama, and default still continuing and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described real estate situated in the County of Marion, State of Alabama, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at the Main Entrance of the Courthouse of Marion County, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on the 13th day of February, 2026.

THIS PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD ON AN "AS IS, WHERE IS" BASIS, SUBJECT TO ANY EASEMENTS, ENCUMBRANCES, AND EXCEPTIONS REFLECTED IN THE MORTGAGE AND THOSE CONTAINED IN THE RECORDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE JUDGE OF PROBATE OF THE COUNTY WHERE THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS SITUATED.
