The Housing Authority of Boston, located in Brilliant, Alabama, has completed the HUD required Five-Year/Annual Plan. This plan is available for review at the housing authority office located at 210 Carlee Street, Brilliant, Alabama.
There will be a public meeting to discuss these plans at the Brilliant Community Center on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
