This letter will serve as notification to the active (seen in the last 12 months) patients of Agape Medical Clinic that we will no longer provide medical services as of October 16, 2026. We appreciate the privilege of serving the patients of Marion County and surrounding areas for many years. Dottie Stidham, CRNP, is retiring and would like to recommend the following options:

• Divine Family Wellness and Urgent Care in Hamilton, call 205-921-2838 for appointment;
• Hamilton Primary Care Clinic in Hamilton, call 205-921-0521 for appointment; and
• Main Street Urgent Care & Wellness Clinic in Guin, call 205-468-3715 for appointment.
Always check with your health insurance provider for recommendations and coverage and change the PCP with your insurance.
Patients may contact Agape Medical Clinic by October 30, 2026, at 205-952-9603 for the process of getting your medical records to your new provider.
