Tigers’ season ends with loss to Wolves

FAYETTEVILLE — The Brilliant Tigers lost their final regular season game to the Fayetteville Wolves 30-18 on Friday night, Nov. 1.
The loss leaves the Tigers with an overall record of 3-7, and 1A Region 5 record of 1-6.
The loss to Fayetteville marked the end of the Tigers’ 2024 season, as the Tigers did not advance to the playoffs.
The season started with the Tigers’ jamboree game against Waterloo, which the Tigers won 28-6. The Tigers actual season wins were against the Shoals Christian Flame (56-6), the Sumiton Christian Eagles (43-0) and the Phillips Bears (45-0).
The Tigers finished their season ranked seventh in Region 5.
