Betty Ruth Fowler

Betty Ruth Fowler, age 92, of Hamilton, passed away Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026, in Hamilton. She was born in Hackleburg on Nov. 15, 1933, to Wallace and Annie Lawrence Whitworth.
She leaves to cherish her memories, daughter, Beth Knight (husband, Doug); son, Mike Fowler, grandchildren, Sara Miller (husband, Daniel) and Caroline Horton (husband, Steven);
great-grandchildren, Grey Miller, Grace Miller, Owen Miller and Whitt Horton; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Ralph Fowler; daughter-in-law, Kathy Fowler; parents, Wallace and Annie Whitworth; three sisters; and three brothers.
Visitation will be Feb. 7, 2026, from 11-12 p.m. at the Methodist Church in Hamilton. The memorial service will follow at noon with Bro. Jeff Armbrester officiating and burial at Cedar Tree Cemetery.
