Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed by Franklin County Department of Human Resources, an agency and department of the State of Alabama Department of Human Resources (“DHR”), in the case seeking to terminate your parental rights to the above-referenced child. You are required to file an answer with the Clerk of the Court and the Petitioner’s attorney, Jeffrey L. Bowling, P.O. Box 669, Russellville, AL 35653, within fourteen (14) days after the last publication of this notice or a judgment will be entered against you. A hearing is set on April 29, 2026, at 9:00 am, in the Juvenile Court of Franklin County, Alabama at which time you may appear and contest the same if you so choose.
