Three guilty of first-degree robbery

HAMILTON - Three men and a woman have been convicted and sentenced for their involvement in the June 2018 kidnapping and robbery of a Huntsville man.
According to conviction reports released on Wednesday, Dec. 4, by Marion County Circuit Clerk Denise Mixon, Kaitlyn Ann Bloodgood,  24, Double Springs, Joshua Johnson, 26, Haleyville, Lamar James McCullar, 24, Double Springs, all pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery of Richard Daniel Shepherd, 30, Huntsville.
The trio forced Sheppard out of his vehicle at gunpoint, led him into  a wooded area off of Highway 143 in Haleyville, robbed him, tied him to a tree using 50-pound fishing line and stole his vehicle, a red 1995 GNC Sonoma.
