Trimm in the E 1/2 of SE 1/4, Section 15, Township 13 South, Range 13 West, Marion County, Alabama, to the North boundary line of the following described land: Beginning at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 15, Township 13, Range 13; thence South along the Section line a distance of 341 yards; thence West a distance of 440 yards to the West line of said forty; thence North along said forty line a distance of 341 yards to the NW corner of said forty; thence East along the North line of said forty a distance of 440 yards to the point of beginning in the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 13, Range 13, Marion County, Alabama.
Said property will be sold on an “as is, where is” basis subject to any easements, encumbrances, and exceptions contained in said mortgage and those contained in the records of the Office of the Judge of Probate where the above-described property is situated.
