Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated September 29, 2020 executed by Cynitha Miles, unmarried woman, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for GoPrime Mortgage, Inc., said Mortgage being recorded September 29, 2020, in Book 2020, Page 3568, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama; having later been assigned to NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing by instrument recorded in Book 2023, Page 11324, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Marion County, Alabama on 01/08/2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Marion County, Alabama, to-wit:
A tract of land situated in the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 11 South, Range 14 West, Marion County, Alabama, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: “Beginning at the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4; thence run North along the West boundary of said NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 a distance of 160 feet; thence run North 80 deg 47 minutes East a distance of 474 feet to an iron pin located on the North side of a street, and being the point of beginning of the lands herein described; thence run North 02 deg 10 minutes West a distance of 163 feet to an iron pin; thence run North 75 deg 53 minutes East a distance of 165 feet to an iron pin located on the West side of a paved street; thence run South 01 deg 32 minutes East along the West side of said street a distance of 180 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 80 deg 47 minutes West along the North side of said street a distance of 163 feet to the point of beginning of the lands herein described.”
