Separate sealed bids for 2025 ARPA Water System Improvements – Contract B: Pump Station will be received by the Eric Terrell at their mailbox at PO Box 909, Hamilton AL 35570 until 11:30 AM local time, February 10th, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud at their office located at 130 Industrial Dr., Hamilton, AL 35570.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following:

A PDF copy of the bid documents may be obtained at the office of Hethcoat & Davis, Inc. for the non-refundable cost of $50.00.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor Licensing Law of 1975 (amended) of the Alabama Licensing Board for General Contractors and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. The Contractor who is awarded the Contract must comply with provisions of the Alabama Public Works Act.
Note: This Project is being supported with the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and is administered through the ADEM State Revolving Fund (SRF). Therefore, certain restrictions and other Federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
