NOTICE OF COMPLETION
PROJECT NO. 25-03
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that J.D. Morris Construction, general contractor, has completed the Contract for Porch Additions 2025 for the Boston Housing Authority, Brilliant, Alabama, and have made request for final settlement of said contract.
All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify the Architect and/or Authority in writing at Evans Architectural Design, 1823 27th Avenue South, Homewood, Alabama 35209 or Boston Housing Authority, 210 Carlee Street, Brilliant, Alabama 35548.
