Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Amanda Knight, a single woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Quicken Loans, LLC, its successors and assigns on June 16, 2021, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama, at OFFR Book 2021, Page 8858; the undersigned Rocket Mortgage, LLC , as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Marion County, Alabama, on April 2, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Marion County, Alabama, to-wit:

West, and run South 5 degrees West a distance of 535 feet to an iron stake designated as the point of
beginning of the lands herein conveyed; thence at an angle to the right of 136 degrees 26 minutes for a
distance of 277.5 feet to an iron stake; thence at an angle to the left of 82 degrees 30 minutes (forming an interior angle of 97 degrees 30 minutes) a distance of 278 feet; thence at an angle to the left 107 degrees a distance of 422.2 feet to an iron stake (forming an interior angle of 73 degrees); thence at an angle to the left of 107 degrees 30 minutes a distance of 233.8 feet to the point of beginning, making a closing interior angle of 117 degrees, situated in W 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 10 South, Range 14 West. LESS AND EXCEPT an undivided one-half interest in and to all minerals, including oil and gas, together with the usual mining rights and privileges.
