Eady Contracting, Inc. hereby gives notice of completion of the contract with the Town of Bear Creek for the Bear Creek Water System Improvements (DWSRF Project No. FS010411-01). This notice will appear for four consecutive weeks beginning 10/07/2026 and ending 10/28/2026. All claims against this work should be filed immediately with the Town of Bear Creek and with Eady Contracting at 11611 Hwy 43 South, Russellville, AL, 35654.
