Kenneth Watts, 85, of Hamilton, Ala., passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023, at his residence.
He was born in Alabama on Thursday, Aug. 5, 1937, to Elma McNutt Watts.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 67 years, Barbara Streetman Watts; children, Michael (Clara)Watts, Paula Reeves; grandchildren, Carl (Stacia) Berryhill, Keri (Chad) Merschman; great-grandchildren, Emma Kate Berryhill, Addison Berryhill, Molly Merschman, Anna Lauren Merschman, Caroline Merschman; step-grandchildren, Crystal Cooper, Tiffany (Derick) Standridge; step-great-grandchildren, Allison (Micah) Hitt, Zack Willlis, Josh Cooper, Daniel Cooper; brother, Huey (Vernell) Watts; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Brad Watts; mother, Elma Watts; sister, Vela Cochran; brother, Bobby Watts.
Pallbearers were Eddie Mills, Eddie Brilton, Derrick Standridge, Terry West, Dwight Streetman and Daryl Streetman.
The service was held Monday, May 1, 2023, at Marion County Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Shane Stidham officiated. Interment at Hamilton Memory Gardens.
